DESCRIPTION: This brooch is a lovely vintage pressed brooch with a beautiful design in rose Gold. It has a very pretty Diamond with a Ruby set on each side.

This brooch is charming and will bring a touch of elegance to any outfit it is worn with.

Steeped in history this brooch was commissioned as a mourning piece to celebrate the love of a dearly departed loved one.

If you view the brooch from the back you will see that a lock of fine woven hair has been placed inside.

VALUATION DETAILS: Pressed and assembled rose gold brooch. The brooch measures 41.3mm x 13.9mm with a patterned front grain set with a 0.005ct rose cut diamond and two 0.02ct round cut rubies. The back of the brooch features a window containing woven hair.

The brooch is stamped 9ct and weighs 2.5gms.
